It's time to open the KineMaster app and begin creating our video. Once you're in KineMaster, tap the plus button to create a new project and select the desired aspect ratio.

I'm going to choose 1x1 for this tutorial. Now, tap on Media and you'll see an option to the left of the screen to choose a photo. After that, you'll see an option for images at the top of the screen.

Select the plain black photo, it should be the first image you see. After you select it, it will import into your project. Now tap on the Layer option, select Media from the top to import your created video.

Use the arrow on your video to fit it to the desired screen size. Once you are finished, tap on the black photo layer and move it to the right until it reaches the end of the video length. Like so.

To add a keyframe, simply hit the plus button. You can zoom in on your character using your thumb and pointer finger and place them where you like.

Go ahead and move down the timeline and add the keyframes where you would like them. You'll notice each time you add a keyframe it changes the animated style of the video. So make sure that you check after you're done to make sure that the video animates the way you want it to.

Now let's go back and play the video to make sure you like it. Make sure your video plays how you wanted to, and you can always make any changes with keyframes before exporting your project.
