If you want to make superb videos using in-shot video editor keep reading this blog post because, I'll be showing you guys seven advanced editing tips for youtube videos editers and others,that will greatly improve your videos now.I'll be doing this tutorial from my iPad but don't worry these tips for editing your youtube videos or own videos editing will work on your iPhone or Android devices let's begin editing.

Inshot tutorial for youtube videos editing beginners :

TIPS NUMBER 1 :

         (How to apply cinematic black bars so in order to add black bars to your video )

    First you just need to download a black image so I have one pulled up here on Google.so,I'm just gonna click on it and save it to my camera roll now inside in-shot video editor,what we're gonna do is we're gonna click on stickers we're gonna click on the images and we're gonna.choose from our camera roll and import that black image its now. what I'm going to do is position.

     This where I'm gonna want that black bar to be so let's say right there and then, what I'm gonna do is duplicate pick up that and put it right over that top of the other one,we're gonna grab that one and move it over here now.

      we're going to duplicate again you're just gonna keep stacking these images on top of each other and now.we're gonna make the bottom part and there we go we have the black bars over our image now. if we wanted to extend these we just have to drag the clips out a bit longer and there you go you have those cinematic black bars on your video editing.

 TIP NUMBER 2 :

    (Add music through a screen recorder )

   So you can technically click on music here and add some tracks from in-shot video editors music,but then again you don't know if this is music. you can actuall play and have your videos monetized to make money and what not so I would just recommend not using this and to just screen record the music that you want straight from YouTube now for iPhone users there is go record and then for Android users there's record it.

   so,basically what you're gonna do is look up copyright free music on YouTube and actually audio library has tons of copyright free music that, you can use all you have to do is go in a description and copy and paste the credits to the song, but all you're gonna do is click on a song and you're just gonna record your screen with that song.

        so,you can capture the audio now that you've recorded your clip from YouTube now. we're gonna do is click the plus button and add that video to our timeline.which for this I actually need to trim it a bit because not the whole video is the own music now that we have the video in our timeline.

         what we're gonna do is click on it click volume and I'm gonna click extract audio. so what this is gonna do is separate the audio from the video so they're not attached.      

          so,what we can thence do is grab our audio and what you're gonna want to do is make sure it is lined up exactly. where you want it because I always it's gonna be really hard to move it otherwise once.we delete the old clip so there. we go to the audio should line right up with our video and click check and then we're just going to delete this old clip and there we go now we have the audio over the top of the video. so when I click the play here in today's episode of the mobile photography show.Then,I want to share with you my secret to cap we have the music playing that we screen recorder whole our main clip editing.   

Video editing tips for beginners :

TIP NUMBER 3 :

   (Add PNG photos to your videos)

 Now,you may be amazing what are PNG photos they're basically photos without a background for example :you maybe you want to point people to your Instagram and you want to do follow me on your Instagram notice how this Instagram photo has no background,that is not white or black or anything that's because it's a PNG photo and you can actually download these straight from Google.

     so what I did is I just searched Instagram PNG and then as you can see I have this image up here all I'm gonna do is hold down on it you can either say save two photos or add two photos or what not so there we go and now.

     what I'm going to do is go into in shot video editor and then, what I'm going to do is click on stickers go over to choose from camera roll click on your Instagram image and as,you can see it doesn't have a background.

     so I move this anywhere I want line it up and I could also add some text to the video and have my Instagram right there in the video editing.

 TIP NUMBER 4 :

        (Add transitions to your photos and text )

  so for example again here we have that Instagram column michael 96 up here.we don't want to just flash it on the screen though you could but sometimes it just looks nicer if you have a transition,to it so what we're gonna do is go to those stickers and click on them edit and then we're going to go over to the transitions.

  so we're just going to do a basic transition of one second. it's just gonna fade on check and then we're also actually gonna go back to that go to out so we want a transition out as well we're gonna drag that out a little further same with this Instagram one add attach and we're gonna do a basic transition in and out as well now.

The text transition was one second.we want to make sure they're both the same length. so now when we click play here it fades in should fade right now that looks a lot nicer.        

   so use transitions for your text and your photos.it's gonna make them look a lot more professional editing.

 TIP NUMBER 5 :

      (A zoom effect to your videos)    

 Notice : How it is just cropped in on me that's a zoom effect. so what that does is it kind of just changes the camera angle of your videos and helps keep people's attention.so what I'm gonna do is show you.

     how to do this effect and where you zoom in for a little bit and then zoom right back out inside in-shot.

      so,what we're gonna do for this is we're gonna cut this clip into three different areas like that, so then what we're gonna do is the first part is going to be regular the second part here is going to be where we're zoomed in.so I'm gonna click on canvas and then what we're gonna do is go over to zoom and we're actually gonna zoom in a bit and scroll over but we don't wanna be too zoomed in I'd probably go in like maybe 10 or 11 there and just kind of only a little more move it perfectly to,where it zoomed in like that,so now we when we played a clip we have this angle

everyone else assumes in a little bit edit for a little bit and then zooms back out.

   so having that little zoom in in between your videos is gonna help keep people's attention and we'll.just make your videos look a little bit better editing.

 TIP NUMBER 6 :

          (Add b-roll effect or in other words stacking video clips)         

   Top of each other, so for example if you're doing like a product review you would have a footage. which is basically you just talking about the phone.you're reviewing in you're talking about the different specs and your thoughts about it, but a lot of times what different type channels will do is they'll have something called b-roll.

   which B role is going to be product footage while you're still talking in the background.so you have your a clip the main footage and then the B clip or the b-roll and that's you showing the product kind of doing cool cinematic video of the product etc......

so I'm going to show you how to do that inside in shot video editor.so,what we're going to pretend here is that I'm talking about call of duty mobile.so what we're gonna do is we're gonna try and put the footage over the top of me talking.so, what we're going to do is click Add clip I'm gonna go to our videos.we're going to import one of these videos of me playing call of duty now, as I'm trimming this clip I've made

it exactly 6 seconds long so I'm going to leave it trimmed like that.

   so here we have that the call of duty video added into the timeline so here's. what I'm gonna do I'm gonna go to this video here we're gonna click on it go to volume and we're gonna detach the audio again just kind of like in that other one.

   so now the audio from the video. so what we're gonna do is go to the spot where we want this clip to appear we're gonna.click split on the video and notice it's

four point four now.we're gonna go six seconds ahead. which is going to be ten point four so let's scroll ahead and as you see that little the little time on the bottom you have it lined at ten point four we're gonna split again and now. we're going to delete the clip in the middle and now we're gonna drag our video over the top now. what's gonna happen is because we detach the audio the audio is still going to keep going even though we're showing this clip of me playing which actually, we're gonna turn down for volume there a bit there we go now let's watch it and you'll see now.The video still plays while I'm talking about whatever I'm talking about here how many times I've gone out and I've taken a photo thinking everything was gonna be lit properly and then when I'm going through my photos later, I see that either the sky was too bright or maybe that the shadows so there is an the example.....

   Adding a clip over that the top of the audio that you already have going on and finally.

TIP NUMBER 7 :

      (which is probably one of the more important tips on that list is to make sure you're importing footage that actually looks good now)
