Today you're going to learn how to clone yourself using only your smartphone in editing with KineMaster.
You've probably seen videos like the one you just watched, where your favorite creators appear like they have a twin.
To film this style of video you're going to need a tripod, your smartphone, and consistent lighting.
I always shoot the video all the way through to avoid any slight bumps on your phone.Even the very slightest bumps can cause the clips not to line up.Let's shoot a quick TikTok style video with two versions of you or your twin right now.Now that its filmed, let's jump into editing.

Today I all edit a TikTok , but this is that can also be used for YouTube style videos like in my opening.So, let's open the KineMaster app and start editing.Open the KineMaster app on your smartphone.
Tap the middle button in the first row with the Plus sign, then tap the 9:16 ratio for TikTok and IG reels.If it's your first time using KineMaster, you may get a pop-up to access your photos and videos.Tap select more photos.Now tap the video you just recorded.Tap Done, go to Media and then go to your albums. Tap on the video you just recorded and then tap on the check mark in the upper right hand side.
You will now see the video in your Timeline.
Since you recorded this video, it's all one clip. You're going to need to split the video into two different clips and remove the extra footage in the beginning and at the end. Go to your Timeline and tap on the video.
A tool box will appear on the right hand side. Once you find the area you want to trim, tap Trim/Split, then tap Trim to Left of Playhead. This will remove the footage to the left.
Next, find the end of the first clip with your video selected in the Timeline and tap Split at Play head. This will keep the remaining video so you can edit your second clip.bScroll to the start of your second clip. Tap Trim to Left of Play head.
Now find the end of the second clip and tap Trim to the Right of Play head. Tap the check mark to save. Now you have your two clips side by side in your Timeline.Tap on the second clip in your Timeline. Go to the three dots in the upper left hand side.
Tap Duplicate as Layer.
Now you have a duplicate layer under your second clip on the Secondary Timeline.Tap and hold to drag the duplicate layer of the second clip under the first clip of your original video. You can now delete the second clip. Tap your video, then tap the trash can on the left hand side.Tap on the duplicate layer in the Timeline, go to the toolbar and tap Cropping.
Tap the mask on and adjust the clips in the video preview screen so you can see both clips, AKA your twin, side-by-side.

You can feather to blend if the line matching your clips looks too harsh by adjusting the strength in the Cropping tool.
Tap the checkmark to save.If your original video or the duplicate layer is longer than one another,you can tap on
Trim/Split and then Trim to Right of Playhead.Repeat this for your duplicate layer.Once you have adjusted all of your clips to your liking, it's time to save and share your creation.To save you're going to tap on the square with the arrow coming out of it on the top right of your screen.
Select your Resolution and Frame Rate.
